Week 17 – Concentration Yields Visualization

Facebooktwittergoogle_plusredditpinterestlinkedinmail

Welcome to week 17 and thank you for reading my blog posts and commenting!

This week’s meditation is about concentration. This involves letting go of any conscious effort to do so. Relaxing completely into the meditation and allowing your subconscious to focus in on your ideal. We know that desire is purely subconscious, that desire, a burning desire is necessary to achieve success; therefore, your ability to concentrate is allowing the subconscious thoughts to take over so that you are conscious of nothing else.

We know from previous lessons that the subconscious mind will act out all that we consistently feed it. It has no way of discerning whether the information we feed it consistently and persistently is real or not, so it will naturally make it so. Therefore, we must be clear on what we desire because the subconscious will give you what you ask of it. People, places and things will come into alignment to create the outcome you seek through clear, concise direction and repetition.

This week’s meditation was a challenge for me the first couple of tries. Then as I relaxed into the concentration, I began to experience a very vivid and clear visualization. I’m not sure if this visualization means that I’ve broken my concentration or that could it be so concentrated that I am materializing the vision in my subconscious. I would like to believe the latter.

We know that success lies in our ability to create an idealization, visualization and materialization.

I find each one of the Master Key lessons become more and more exciting knowing that simple daily disciplines can completely alter the course of my life and thus achievement of my Dharma or Definite Major Purpose.

Two key points I wish to mention in this lesson are 17:8 which states Desire is largely subconscious; conscious desire rarely realizes its object when the latter is out of immediate reach. Subconscious desire arouses the latent faculties of the mind, and difficult problems seem to solve themselves. Secondly, in 17:17 the intensity of one moment’s earnest concentration and the intense longing to become and to attain may take you further than years of slow normal and forced effort; it will unfasten the prison bars of unbelief, weakness, impotence and self-belittlement, and you will come into a realization of the joy of overcoming.

Week 16 – Harmony and Happiness

Facebooktwittergoogle_plusredditpinterestlinkedinmail

Wow, what a week this has been meditating on Harmony and Happiness. Why?  Because in week 15, we focused on the word, Kindness. As an alliance we were tasked with recognizing acts of:

Kindnesses witnessed
Kindness given
Kindnesses received
Kindnesses done secretly without getting caught
Kindnesses done secretly and getting caught :-)
Kindnesses acknowledged in the members area

Every time we experienced any of these scenarios, we were asked to post because MarkJ was fasting until we reached the 5,000 kindness mark. How cool, we did it!

The Law of Growth in action: Whatever I think about grows and what I forget atrophies without exception. Naturally, I saw kindness everywhere!

A week of focusing on acts of Kindness was the perfect set up for Master Key 16. We have learned that spiritual laws exist and that having an understanding and conscious operation of these laws, we can convert any difficulty into a blessing.

In 16:8 it states that the power to create depends entirely upon spiritual power. There are three steps: idealization, visualization and materialization and that thought precedes and determines action.

In the MKMMA our idealization is our DMP, the visualization is our meditating of our DMP, Press Release, and Movie Poster. The materialization is seeing the ideal happening in your mind before it plays out and hence it does.

Further explained in 16:16 – It is by the exercise of this power that we take our fate out of the hands of chance, and consciously make for ourselves the experiences which we desire, because when we consciously realize a condition, that condition will eventually manifest in our lives; it is therefore evident that in the last analysis thinking is the one great cause in life.

The creation of the idealization then bringing into life in your mind through visualization creates mental images on the mind that lead to materialization in the real world. Therefore, to control thoughts is to control, circumstances, conditions, environment and destiny.
The last vital piece of this is vitality or the feeling you put behind the ideal. Express your ideal to your subconscious mind with enthusiasm so that it will attract everything necessary to complete your ideal.

When I read 16:28, I become so excited to live into a happy and harmonious mental state. “If you desire to visualize a different environment, the process is simply to hold the ideal in mind, until your vision has been made real; give no thought to persons, places or things; these have no place in the absolute; the environment you desire will contain everything necessary; the right persons, and the right things will come at the right time and in the right place.

This all becomes possible because of our mental attitude and why we have meditated on Harmony and Happiness. The right mental attitude will bring about your desired results where everything seems to “just happen”.

Week 15 – Insight is Flowing

Facebooktwittergoogle_plusredditpinterestlinkedinmail

After incredible week of productivity in my network marketing business, we moved into Master Key #15. What a beautiful transition because Insight was my next logical step to address areas of my business that still challenge me. One of which is scheduling my day to make sure all areas of my life are balanced.

Through this week’s meditation I was able to gain insight being offered to assist me in this area. Through Insight, I am learning and applying new systems to gain retention with my new team members.

Through Insight, I was able to gain a deeply discounted ticket to a class to assist me even further. Through insight I was able to have certainty that I required being in attendance at my company’s event. At the start of the week, I had no event ticket, airline ticket or hotel reservation scheduled for this sold out event. By week’s end, I had obtained an event ticket for $75 when others were paying $199. I secured my airline ticket through an accumulation of air miles. Two friends had already booked a hotel room and each of them had prepaid the two nights stay. Our plan was to all room together. Circumstances arose and it turned out I was the only person staying in a room that was completely paid for. You see when you have a clear intention of what, where and with whom you wish to move in the direction of, the universe will make it so.

We all live under natural laws that are designed to our advantage. When we choose to cooperate with natural laws, we not only gain happiness, but conditions and experiences will come to us for our benefit.

15:28 states there can be no question but that he who “is wise enough to understand” will readily recognize that the creative power of thought places an invincible weapon in his hands and makes him a master of destiny.

In 15:30 we learn that Insight is crucial for all the work we have been planting thus far in our subby by the repetition of daily reading, reciting and so on so that there exists no mental, moral or physical germ which we do not wish objectified in our lives.

May Insight have you soaring to new and greater heights!

Week 14 – The Shift

Facebooktwittergoogle_plusredditpinterestlinkedinmail

At the end of week 13 and a week of meditating on “the Father and I are One”. I started experiencing a life-altering shift inside of me. This was such a powerful meditation that I began to feel my rebellion, my apathy, my self-doubt, self-judgment, fear of what others might think, and so on just slipping away. I began to feel like I possess a self-confidence I’ve never known before.

There were times leading up to this point where I questioned in my mind whether everything I was doing on a daily basis was really making a difference. Knowing that I had to trust the process, not question it, I stuck to the formula.

DMP + PMA + POA + MMA = SUCCESS!

This week we were introduced to a new tool and one that I was excited to learn and apply called NARC. This tool could help me with overcoming my challenges that kept me from executing what I put on my service card each week to move me toward my SMART goals. Suddenly I wasn’t feeling the need for this tool because greater things were happening inside of me to overcome them anyway.

Each week in MKMMA, it is about learning and applying. The work we do is cumulative. Did you hear me, I said, “cumulative”. Don’t question it, just do it. Stop the resistance that keeps you right where you don’t want to be in life and do what is required for life-long change, change that will move you in the direction of your infinite potential. Embrace the journey!
