Week 6 – Peppering the Subby


Last week we turned the DMP into a Press Release.  Some members chose interview style, some wrote the press release like a magazine article or newspaper article.  Anything goes as long as it is written in past tense, as though it has already happened.  This is an exciting exercise to do because you become emotionally charged with the feelings of what this will be like when it becomes your reality.

This week we are taking the DMP and turning it into a visual Movie Poster and assigning each SMART goal a shape.  As we go about our day we focus on one of the shapes linking it to the goal and start linking and seeing that particular shape and color everywhere.  That’s how quickly the Subby goes to work on your behalf…pretty exciting stuff!

Once the movie poster is created, we want to put it everywhere as a constant visual reminder.  I took a photo of my movie poster and turned it into the screen saver on my phone. Make it into a bookmark, post it on the dashboard of your car, on the bathroom mirror, the actual movie poster sits on my office desk.  Get creative on other ways you can keep your movie poster in front of you.

What’s most exciting about the movie poster is that if you did the work, it gets easy, it gets fast, buckle up because it accelerates the firing and wiring! Woohoo!

We are also taking the 7 ways that we learn:

  • Spatially
  • Musically
  • Interpersonally
  • Mathematically
  • Linguistically
  • Athletically

and creating combinations to “pepper the Subby”.  Your Subconscious mind works 24-7!  The Master Key System says that if it’s good for you, takes no one else’s good, then the supply becomes available.


Seriously folks, why would you not do these exercises?  The Hero within you wants to take this journey.
